Carpet Call are a family owned and operated franchise Business, who have a well-established Brand Equity in the flooring and blinds market. 

The challenge facing Carpet Call was to grow reach and awareness across the homewares and accessories categories, for a traditionally ‘flooring’ company. 

Sentius developed a digital marketing strategy for Carpet Call, with a focus on Paid and Organic Social to shape perceptions and positioning for Carpet Call as “Home is Haven”. 

Advertising campaigns targeted new customers interest segments, whilst Organic Meta campaigns targeted a brand re-positioning to support the growth objectives. 

Cheap as Chips Cleaning came to Sentius with a need to elevate digital presence amidst a digital-first marketing landscape, where competition and consumer options increase frequently. 

The commoditised market meant that Cheap as Chips Cleaning had to enhance their digital footprint in specific geographical territories across Victoria, so that they did not lose market share during the industry’s digital transformation. 

Sentius worked with Cheap as Chips Cleaning to deploy an enterprise and innovative programmatic SEO campaign, to produce service-location based pages at scale, achieving mass presence and discovery via Google search. 

This was supplemented with a sophisticated Google Ads campaign to leverage Radio placements and capture high intent consumer searches. 

During a time where retail shopping was made unavailable due to the global pandemic, Kennedy needed a solution that would drive customers to their online store, and continue to generate revenue.

Sentius pivoted the campaign focus from in-store visits to e-Commerce website traffic. This was achieved by launching new paid media shopping campaigns and upweighting budgets to deliver these ads to a market with increased search demand.

To ensure the right audiences were found, Sentius used Kennedy's customer database to generate remarketing lists and customer match lists – and supported the bottom of funnel activity through Display Carousels to support with rich visual touchpoints.

The brand was experiencing increased competition in the market as we headed into a turbulent retail period during COVID. Emerging from the global pandemic, which saw more brands enter the market and the proliferation of digital-first, there was a critical Business need to continue connecting with consumers at an emotional level, to ‘cut through the noise’. 

Sentius worked with by charlotte to develop brand story-telling assets and then deployed highly effective integrated campaigns across all facets of digital, to achieve outstanding results. This allowed the brand to continue connecting with loyal customers whilst achieving growth through new markets. 

After HeadBox’s previous digital marketing agency failed to meet growth KPIs, they engaged Sentius to strategise to fast track growth.

Athlegen manufacture award winning treatment tables locally in Ballarat, Victoria. Selling both through Business Development Managers and via online eCommerce site, Athlegen were seeking to widen their penetration of the Australian and international market. 

The challenge was to create awareness and demand for high end, premium products in a market that is flooded with low cost, low quality, imported alternatives. 

The strategic solution was to deploy highly targeted prospecting campaigns, designed to showcase the custom range available from Athlegen, supported with comprehensive retargeting and Pmax campaigns to drive online sales and showroom enquiries. 

WANO was a new brand to a competitive and established market – wholesaling and directly selling truck parts specifically for Japanese manufactured trucks. 

The challenge was to create awareness within the market, drive wholesale (B2B) enquiries, whilst also creating demand at a consumer level to impact retail performance for parts supplied by WANO. 

Strategy-first™ campaigns across Paid Media saw Sentius execute Search, Display, YouTube and Meta advertising in a full funnel campaign structure, with a focus on retargeting to generate leads. This was supported with an aggressive brand level programmatic media buy for mass reach and awareness of the new brand.

Urban Rest are challengers in the accommodation space, experiencing rapid growth. 

The Business challenge was to create scalable campaigns that will allow Urban Rest to grow Globally without the need for mass investment each time they enter a new geographical market. 

Working with the Urban Rest marketing team, Sentius deployed a robust Search strategy that poises Urban Rest for global expansion and growth, by achieving base level rankings for core category services in each new geographical location. 

Additionally, an advertising campaign on Search was structured to capture local market interest in long-stay accommodation requirements. The rollout of this alone saw Urban Rest’s CPA reduce by over 40%. 

Wattle Supplements offer high quality, real and locally grown medicinal mushroom supplements, with a focus on improving general wellbeing of their growing customer base. 

Wattle Supplements were poised for growth, however were encountering all of the Digital Advertising challenges – hitting a ceiling of returns that was stunting Business growth.

Results peaked at 800% return on investment, before needing to expand storage capacity and hire additional staff to contend with the growth.
